We’re looking for a Search & Data Executive to join our Search team. This is an entry-level position—perfect for someone excited by the intersection of digital PR, SEO, and data analysis.

We’re looking for:

  • A genuine interest in SEO, digital marketing, and data-driven storytelling

  • Excited to learn the technical skills to improve a site’s performance.

  • Strong analytical skills and love for spotting patterns in numbers.

  • Comfortable using (or keen to learn) tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Excel/Sheets, and data visualisation tools.

  • Curious and resourceful when it comes to finding credible data sources.

  • A deep interest in AI and eagerness to understand how emerging AI platforms will shape marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication—able to turn complex data into easy-to-understand insights.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Your aims in the role

 You’ll play a key role in:

  • Tracking, reporting, and optimising the search impact of our PR activity across Google and emerging platforms like ChatGPT.
  • Discovering and curating data sources that fuel our PR stories and campaigns.

What you will be doing

  • Monitor and report on SEO performance (brand and non-brand) for our PR campaigns.

  • Analyse search data to identify trends, opportunities, and what’s working for our clients.

  •  Eagerness to learn how to translate technical findings into simple, client-friendly language.

  • Execute search strategies to maximise organic visibility and ROI.

  • Work hand-in-hand with our PR team to uncover, analyse and interpret data that powers award-winning digital campaigns.

  • Conduct desk research to uncover fresh insights, statistics, and story angles for PR outreach.

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEOMonitor, LLMRefs and more to gather and present insights.

  • Create clear, engaging reports that show the real value of our work. Following our so what reporting framework.

  • Collaborate with our PR team to transform raw data into insights that drive headlines and win awards.
