Bottled Imagination is approaching its third birthday, and in that time, we’ve won 25+ awards across both traditional PR and the SEO world. Our bread and butter? Creative campaigns that get both consumers and the media talking. We’re now looking to strengthen our creative offering and push the boundaries of creativity further than any digital PR agency has before.

We’re looking for a commercially and creatively outstanding individual to drive our creative vision and help us deliver imaginative (it is in the name, after all), award-winning PR campaigns for our range of B2C and B2B clients.

What we are looking for

We’re searching for a Creative Director who thinks big, moves fast, and isn’t afraid to do things a little differently. As a challenger agency, we’re competing (and winning) against the biggest names in the industry because we’re proving we’re more creative. Now, we need someone to help us take that even further.

Here are some of the key traits we’re looking for:

A track record of making PR campaigns impossible to ignore

7+ years of agency experience, turning ideas into headline-grabbing moments across multiple channels

A leader who inspires creativity, pushes boundaries, and brings concepts to life from pitch deck to production

Equal parts strategist and storyteller – you know how to take a story and bring it to life in the best way possible

Proactive at all stages, from initial ideation and pitching to overseeing production – we’re not the biggest agency in the world (nor do we want to be), but you’ll have a truly talented team around you

Confident talking to senior stakeholders – you’ll be comfortable selling ideas to C-suite teams and clients at all levels

What you will be doing

Oversee the creative department – be accountable for the agency’s creative output, ensuring it’s best in class

Lead creative execution on key accounts – drive the ideation process, delivering Bottled Imagination-style ideas that push creative boundaries and make waves

Sell the vision – pitch bold concepts to clients, get them excited, and secure buy-in for creative ideas that make them proud to work with us

Own quality control – be the final sign-off point for all creative on PR accounts, ensuring each campaign tells the story in the best possible way

Mentor and lead – manage, mentor, and inspire our design team while fostering creativity across the entire agency

Get involved in new business and ideation – play a key role in new business pitches, showcasing your creative prowess to win clients and unlock further opportunities
